We’re real people who live and work here, raising our kids, fixing our rooms, and saying hello during your stay. Our Story: From Roadside Motels to Adirondack Escapes
We started with a simple idea: take the classic Lake George motels that we all grew up with and make them places we’d be proud to bring our own families.
Over time, we purchased and renovated four independent properties — the Sundowner on Lake George, Lake Haven Lodge & Suites, Lake George Inn, and Motel Montreal. Room by room, we’ve added warm wood finishes, better beds, kitchenettes, and little Adirondack touches that make a big difference after a long drive.
Most of our guests are just like us: teachers, nurses, small-business owners, city professionals, parents trying to unplug from work and reconnect with the people they love. They want to experience the Adirondacks in clean, comfortable rooms, honest value, and an easy walk to the lake, food, and fun.
