Rates are subject to New York State and local village taxes and charges. A deposit of one-night stay is required to reserve an apartment, suite, cabin or hotel room. All cancellations require 14-days advance notification and a 20% handling fee will be discounted from all refunds. Deposits are subject to forfeiture in the event of a cancellation within the 14-day window. All sales are final. We will not issue a refund for early departures. We are unable to accept pets. Guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian to check into the Sundowner on Lake George. Rollaway beds are available for an additional $20.00 per night plus tax. Due to increased costs, we are forced to institute a 4.0% surcharge on all credit or debit card transactions. To avoid paying this surcharge, please pay your balance with cash, postal money order or bank check.
